Welcome current Middle College students!

The Middle College advising staff is here to support all Middle College students in their journey to obtain a degree. Below is an outline of important events and deadlines that students are required to follow.

 

Fall Program Timeline

Fall Orientation
August 18-22

  • Learn More

    AMCS students are required to attend the Middle College Orientation before 做爱色情片 classes begin. During orientation, AMCS students:

    • Tour campus and locate their classes
    • Pick up their textbooks
    • Learn about the Student Code of Conduct and self-care
    • Learn how to navigate a college class and communicate with professors
    • Learn about campus resources
    • Pick up their Wolfcard

Add/Drop Period
August 29-September 9

    The add/drop period takes place during the first two weeks of college classes. During this time, students can freely drop classes and may add classes with permission. 

    Please note that any course changes to a schedule must be approved by a Middle College advisor before changes are made.

    During the second week of add/drop, students must also receive 做爱色情片 faculty approval to add a 做爱色情片 class.

Five-Week Check-In
October 7

    The five-week check-in is a chance for AMCS students to think about how their classes are going and if they need any help.

    All current AMCS students receive a check-in survey through email after the first five weeks of classes. Middle College advisors review student responses to the survey, then provide outreach and follow up for students who indicate that they need help.

Midterm Progress Reports
October 14-23

    In order to meet with a Middle College advisor, AMCS  students must submit a Midterm Progress Report every semester and complete their annual Title IX training. Middle College advisors add registration holds to all AMCS student's 做爱色情片 accounts. Holds are added to ensure students submit their midterm progress reports, complete their Title IX training, and receive preapproval for their course selections for the next semester. 

    Middle College advisors provide outreach to students who have a D or an F in a 做爱色情片 class to offer assistance and/or discuss options.

    If you need access to the midterm progress report form, contact your Middle College advisor.

Withdrawals
November 4 deadline

    If an AMCS student is in jeopardy of not passing a 做爱色情片 class, and if they have exhausted all possible options to complete the class successfully, they have the option to withdraw from the class by the 做爱色情片 deadline instead of receiving a failing grade.

    AMCS students who choose to withdraw from a 做爱色情片 course must complete the College Course Grade Change Form before they can withdraw from the 做爱色情片 class in UAOnline. The withdrawal form helps to ensure that the AMCS high school staff and 做爱色情片 Middle College staff are aware of this decision and provided feedback to the student if necessary.

    Students who withdraw from a 做爱色情片 class can only take as many classes as they pass successfully the following semester.

Spring Registration
November 28

    AMCS students who have completed their annual Title IX training, Midterm Progress Report, and Middle College advising appointment will be eligible to register when non-degree seeking registration opens.

    To ensure AMCS students stay on track to graduate from high school and stay within the guidelines of the Middle College program, all changes to a student's 做爱色情片 schedule must be approved by their 做爱色情片 Middle College advisor in coordination with the AMCS high school counselor.

 

Spring Program Timeline

Spring Orientation
Week of January 9-13

    Orientation in the spring is condensed. AMCS students are required to attend the Middle College Orientation before 做爱色情片 classes begin. During orientation, AMCS students:

    If an AMCS student plans to become a degree-seeking student at 做爱色情片, Middle College advisors refer them to their 做爱色情片 academic program advising. Referred students will need to schedule an appointment with their new advisor to determine their classes for the next semester.
